Water!water!water!: Drink at least eight glasses of water daily to keep yourself hydrated.Hydrated skin and hair are amazingly soft and repairs itself very fast.The minerals in water such as calcium and iron helps to keep our body healthy.It also helps to digest solid food in order to get maximum nutritional benefits out of them. Never forget this beauty mantra.Though this is a very old tip,but this is the best beauty tip you can ever come across.





Exercise: Exercise helps to detoxify your body and helps in blood circulation which improves over all health,gives glowing and clear skin,as well as lustrous hair.But never forget to wash sweaty and greasy face after you exercise.

 Sleep well: Sleep at least for eight hours a day.Our skin needs at least eight hours of sleep every day to repair itself. Try to sleep early as remaining awake till late night will make your skin dull and age faster.

Yoga: Yoga helps to reduce stress and keeps body,skin and hair healthy and beautiful.Their are yogas specifically meant to give glowing skin and beautiful hair.

Massage: Scalp massage helps to improves blood circulation to the scalp and thus the nutrients in our body reaches more easily to our scalp which helps in getting longer and healthier hair.Body massage will also improve blood circulation and give glowing and healthy skin.It also helps to distress mind and body.
Scrubbing with a soft wet towel: Scrub your face and lips with a soft and wet towel.For better results moisturize  before as well as after scrubbing. This removes dead skin cells which are the greatest enemies of glowing and healthy skin.
